Sandy was extremely helpful and efficient! She was honest and always available for us, she got us the new listings right away and made sure we got a showing as soon as possible! We have both bought and sold homes in the Flathead with Sandy Oconnell as our realtor. In addition we have bought and sold multiple times in other parts of the country, so we have learned what works and what doesn't. Sandy is by far the best realtor ever. She really cares about her clients and works hard for them. When we were selling our house, we heard from several people that she was the hardest working realtor in the valley. In a tough market she got it sold. When we were buying she really understood what we wanted. During the entire process of selling and buying she got out there and made sure every base was covered. She was always there for us. She answered our texts, phone calls, and email fast. She kept us informed and answered our questions even after the deal was complete. She is a great person to work with whether you are buying or selling.

Sandy worked tirelessly with us for over a year to find the right house, helping us move extremely quickly to gain the home in a desired neighborhood, before other's noticed it was listed. Sandy couldn't have done a better job. She showed us many options for homes and locations and assisted us in the type of house we were looking for.
